We partner with Hiring Our Heroes (HoH) and follow their 12-week-long corporate fellowship model. We provide Fellows with business-aligned project work across various PAs, the opportunity to complete Google Career Certificates, and various professional development sessions. We run three cohort cycles over the course of a year (Jan-March, May-July, August-November).

Girl Hackathon is a program for women students in computer science and allied courses across India. It has been designed to provide a platform for women in the engineering campus space to showcase their coding skills and promote creative solutions for real time technical challenges. This virtual hackathon will challenge the innovation and problem solving skills of the participants and inspire them to creatively engage with Google.

The GIR program aims to support greater diversity in tech. In partnership with computer science departments at HBCUs and HSIs, Google software engineers teach introductory CS classes and provide any support needed to prepare students for success.
